I provide between 100 and 200 reports per annum on all aspects of Pain Medicine including personal injury and clinical negligence.
These reports are on all matters related to acute and chronic pain management.
I am also invited to provide opinion for the Medical Defence Organisations and through them the GMC.

Expert Reports
Consultation and assessment of Claimant, detailed (forensic) reports for comprehensive personal injury claims and clinical negligence claims. Reports for Criminal Injury Compensation cases, pain expert reports in relation to matrimonial disputes or for Private Medical Insurers (PMI’s). Home visits possible.
Report Structure
Examination to include either photography or video examination, review of GP and other records, review of expert testimony, review other reports and witness statements, Opinion (Causation, Condition, Treatment, Prognosis), Summary, Legal obligations, Appendices and references.
Court Attendance
Pre-instruction meetings, Joint opinions, Case conferences with barristers by telephone or in person, Pre-court conferences, Court attendance. Regularly attend court to provide oral evidence. Case representation: Claimants (45%), Defendants (45%), Single Joint Expert (10%)
